American Factory is an Academy Award winning documentary that follows the Chinese company Fuyao Glass as it opens a factory in Moraine, Ohio and employs both American and Chinese workers. The film shows the difference in work culture between American workers and the Chinese workers that arrive to reopen and re-staff the factory. The film is recommended for audience ages 14+
