A team of basic science faculty are gathering information from UCSF postdocs on the additional expenses they may have incurred during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Examples include, but are not limited to: restricting public transportation by using rideshares; buying alternate vehicles; or moving closer to campus. They are especially interested in hearing from postdocs from underrepresented backgrounds and groups, who may be more vulnerable than others with better access to resources to pay to keep themselves safe.
