Orientations to UCSF for New or Continuing Postdocs
We ask you to join the next monthly Orientation for New and Continuing Postdocs (MANDATORY**).
At the orientation session you’ll gain important knowledge about the following topics:
- Human Resources information and resources
- Research grants – resources for finding your own funding
- Careers – how to get the best job after UCSF
- Ideas for maximizing your productivity and minimizing conflicts with your PI
- UAW Union representatives will reach out to new UCSF postdocs individually
** Please sign up for the first orientation session scheduled to occur AFTER your UCSF hire/start date. You must use your UCSF email address to sign up. If you cannot attend that session, check back and register for the following month’s session.
Monthly orientations follow the same schedule:
